REFUNDS
Cancellations/Edits must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your 2pm check-in time to receive a refund.  Refunds will be issued as a credit code on your account. Codes do not expire. Cash and/or credit card refunds are not allowed. You can edit your reservation online, call our main office at 715-421-8422 or email us at parks@woodcountywi.gov.

We appreciate your interest in Wood County Parks and Forestry Reservations! To place a reservation, please enter a Check-In and Check-Out date and the number of people in your party.

You will have 15 minutes to complete your reservation. Please have your Credit Card ready before continuing.

Reservation Instructions
*BEFORE YOU BOOK a campsite, be sure you read our Camping Reservation & Cancellation Policies.

Bring a digital or hard copy with you to the campground.  Your confirmation will also be accessible in your online account.  You do not need to “check-in” if you arrive between 8am-10pm, you may go directly to your campsite.  If you arrive after 10pm, you will not be admitted without your confirmation. If you have extenuating circumstances that will not allow you to arrive until well after 10pm, please call ahead (715-421-8422) during open office hours to let us know.
 
As you enter the campground, PLEASE READ all newly posted information related to camping, ice, dump station & firewood sales and Ranger & Host on-duty hours.  
  • There is no “self-registration” or “non-reservable” sites. 
  • Reservations required for each night you stay and a $10 non-refundable reservation fee is charged for each site reservation.
  • Reservations can now be made for same day arrival, and up to 12 months in advance of arrival date.
  • Reservations MUST BE MADE prior to occupying the site.  It is your responsibility to determine site availability, and to make reservations prior to occupying the site.  Pink reservation slips are no longer placed on campsite posts.
Online reservations are 24/7/365.
