POLICY: Adding on days to your reservation. Please see full policy at the link below.

  • Voicemail or Email messages left after hours, weekends, or holidays are not acceptable notifications for refunds or cancelations.
  • Edits/cancellations, etc. for reservations made in the new reservation system (launched on May 2, 2022) must be done by logging into your account.
  • If your original reservation was made in the old reservation system, please call the office (M-F, 8am-4pm) so we can assist you 715-421-8422.  This can be done without you being charged the additional $10 reservation fee in the new system.  See scenario below.  
  • Scenario:  Your reservation was made in the old system (prior to May 2, 2022) & you want to add a day:  If you're already camping and our office is open (M-F, 8am-4pm) you may call the office and we can assist you.  If our office is not open, you will need to make a 2nd reservation in the new system for that one day & you will be charged the $10 reservation fee.  There is no exception to this rule.
  • *Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of check-in time (2pm) of the first day of occupancy. If not done within that timeframe, there is no refund.  Cancellations prior to the 48 hour policy will receive credit for the entire stay except for the $10 reservation fee.
  • Refunds are in the form of credit tokens placed into your account. Tokens may be used for future stays. Cash/CC refunds will not be allowed in the new reservation system. Tokens can be used for all Parks & Forestry items such as permits, passes, shelter reservations, camping, etc.
